Tips for selecting pressure measuring points for pressure gauges

Pressure gauge is a kind of instrument widely used in industrial field, mainly used to measure the pressure of gas and liquid. It can provide a reliable basis for pressure control in the production process.

In order to ensure the accuracy of the measurement data, When installing the instrument, the pressure measuring point should be selected reasonably. Typically, the appropriate pressure measuring point should be selected based on the actual situation. The selected pressure measuring point should be able to reflect the actual situation of the measured pressure.

1. The pipe section where the measured medium flows in a straight line should be selected. Do not choose places where the pipeline turns, forks, dead ends or other places where vortices are easily formed.

2. When measuring the pressure of a flowing medium, the pressure point should be perpendicular to the flow direction.

3. When measuring liquid pressure, the pressure point should be at the bottom of the pipe, make sure that there is no gas accumulation in the pressure pipe; When measuring gas, the pressure point should be above the pipeline, prevent liquid from accumulating in the pressure pipe.
