Precautions for calibrating diaphragm pressure gauges

Before leaving the factory and installing the diaphragm pressure gauge, you need to carefully check the model, accuracy, range, and pointer, check the diaphragm material and whether there are any bumps or scratches. If there is a problem, it needs to be rechecked. Use it only after everything is qualified. When calibrating a diaphragm pressure gauge, you need to pay attention to the following points:

1. The diaphragm device of the diaphragm pressure gauge is generally flange type. Prepare a matching pressure joint according to the size and model of the flange, In order to connect with the universal pressure calibration bench.

2. When fixing the diaphragm pressure gauge on the calibration bench, be careful to handle it with care, do not damage the diaphragm; The universal pressure gauge and diaphragm device on the instrument are a sealed whole, do not disassemble or replace other pressure gauges at random. So as not to affect the performance.

3. Verification result: During the boosting process, if the display differs from the standard pressure gauge, first check for oil leakage, sealing and other problems. If there is oil leakage or poor sealing, it can only be returned to the factory for processing or scrapped; If the above situation is not the case, you can re-calibrate the pointer. If the pointer still deviates after calibration, it can only be downgraded or scrapped.
