Before disassembly, you must take protective measures according to regulations, And prepare the appropriate tools in advance.
1. Close the control valve, cut off the source of pressure, vent the residual pressure in the pressure gauge.
2. Use a wrench to loosen the nut connecting the pressure gauge to the pipe. Be careful not to put your body or head close to the connection port during the process, to prevent injury from valve leakage or residual pressure release.
3. After removing the pressure gauge, clean the debris inside the interface. Do not reach into the pipe joint with bare hands, you can use tools such as an awl to clean it.
4. After reinstalling the pressure gauge, slowly open the control valve to perform a pressure test. Observe whether the interface is sealed and whether the pressure gauge can display the pressure value normally.
